How Heavy Influence Uses Videos Uploaded

When you upload a video to Heavy Influence, it’s used solely to fulfill your scheduling and publishing actions across the connected social platforms you select. Videos are temporarily stored and processed to ensure proper formatting, caption integration, and platform-specific optimization before being securely published to Instagram, Facebook, and other authorized channels on your behalf. We do not share, sell, or distribute your content outside of your intended use, and all uploads remain private and under your control.

If you don’t agree to this and want to discontinue using Heavy Influence, you can delete your account.

Retention and Deletion

Videos and content you upload to Heavy Influence will be retained until you choose to delete them or delete your account.

If you delete your account, any associated media and metadata will be permanently removed. Otherwise, video data and related processing information are automatically deleted within 3 years of your last activity, or within 2 years if required by applicable privacy laws (e.g., Colorado residents). If our annual review determines that continued storage is no longer necessary, the data is deleted when feasible and always within 90 days of that determination.
